Frao Technologies LLC ("Frao", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through the public informational portal (enterprise.frao.tech) and how we handle it.
Public site. This portal is informational. We do not require accounts, do not place marketing trackers, and do not profile visitors. Standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamps) are retained briefly for security and availability monitoring.
Contact. If you email us (e.g. to request merchandise or discuss an engagement), we retain only the information needed to respond — typically your email address, name, and the content of your message.
Server logs are used solely for operational security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Contact details are used solely to respond to your request. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Client identity, scope, and data are treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client engagements without explicit written consent, and standard engagements are covered by non-disclosure agreements. This commitment extends to all parties we work with.
The site loads web fonts (Cinzel, Archivo) from Google Fonts; your browser requests those resources from Google's servers. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this portal.
Server logs are deleted on a rolling schedule. Contact correspondence is kept only as long as necessary to service your request. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us.
